Samples from the potential father are
buccal swabs, or other biological material:
- Blood
- Hair: which must have roots. Hairs that fall off, or are cut, are not suitable for analysis. It is preferable to send 3-5 hairs
- Cigarette butts, toothbrushes, chewing gum...
- Glasses or bottles from which the person drank
- Cut fingernails
- Fabrics containing biological material (eg, saliva, blood, semen...)
